Elective learning plan template

Elective learning allows you to select a special interest area to develop specific knowledge and skills for assessing patients from an identified population, or who have symptoms of a specific mental health condition.

To prepare for your elective learning:

• prepare your Elective Learning Plan
• upload it to the Certificate Portfolio
• submit the plan for review by your Elective Supervisor
• once approved by your Elective Supervisor, the Elective Learning Plan will be reviewed by the Certificate of Postgraduate Training in Clinical Psychiatry Committee.
