Professor Andrew Way AM
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Andrew is the former Chief Executive of Alfred Health and comes to us with extensive executive experience in health, health research, and non-executive board roles. Andrew led the development of Monash Partners, Victoria’s first Academic Health Science Centre and was appointed as an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the School of Public Health and Preventative Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University in 2015. Additionally, he holds several non-executive and advisory roles both in Australia and more widely. Quality and safety in patient care, the development of academic medical organisations, patient flow and experience, and using IT as a clinical enabler are some of Andrew’s key areas of professional interest.

Jon Cullum
Executive Manager, Membership, Events and Publications
An experienced general manager in the not-for-profit / associations sector, Jon has responsibility for a broad range of functions within the RANZCP including membership services and engagement, conferences and events, communications, scientific journals publishing, marketing and development, the Psychiatry Interest Forum (PIF) program and fundraising via the RANZCP Foundation.
Jon has an extensive background in membership development, communications, events management, team leadership, strategic and business planning, and stakeholder relations. He joined the RANZCP in 2007 and prior to this worked for nearly ten years in the international education industry.
Jon is passionate about working in the membership and for-purpose arena, and bringing a positive and supportive management style to both his team and the wider organisation. Jon greatly enjoys working with the RANZCP’s many dedicated members, and values being able to support psychiatrists and trainees in their work to improve the mental health of Australian and New Zealand communities.

Monique Devereux
Executive Manager Partnerships and Engagement
Monique is a New Zealander who has been living in Australia since 2019. She holds an MBA from the Australia Institute of Management, and has over 10 years’ experience in executive leadership, working in various Government agencies in New Zealand and Australia.
The first 20 years of her working life was in journalism, firstly as a reporter and then in news management across various New Zealand newspapers, radio, and TV networks. Monique is currently based remotely on the Gold Coast but can also be found in Wellington supporting the New Zealand national office, or in Melbourne at HQ.

Callie Kalimniou
Company Secretary and General Counsel
Callie is an experienced and respected leader with expertise in strategic decision making and corporate governance. At the College, she is responsible for managing legal compliance, managing complex risk and supporting the governance needs of the College members. She has a passion for supporting membership associations and understands the valuable contributions of our volunteer members.
Prior to executive roles, Callie gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on charities and the healthcare sector, which prompted her to join the College.
Callie is a practising lawyer, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of the AICD and is currently undertaking her MBA. She is also a volunteer Company Secretary of the Australian Marketing Institute.

Jarka Kluth
Executive Manager, People and Culture
Australian born, with a career spanning Australian and international, multinational corporations, boutique firms, and pioneering ventures, Jarka is a seasoned C-suite executive and AICD qualified leader. Jarka is focused on cultivating innovative, creative, growth mindset, and values-centric cultures, across diverse industry sectors. Working across a wide range of business verticals, she is adept at creating and navigating dynamic agendas, with extensive experience blending strategic and operational leadership roles. Experienced in HR/IR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, Jarka is passionate about orchestrating organisational transformations and harmonizing diverse teams into cohesive, high-performing entities aligned to deliver on strategic and performance agendas. Her operational and strategic acumen, coupled with a relentless commitment to empowering teams and fostering continuous improvement, has delivered enduring results and stakeholder satisfaction throughout her career. As an enthusiastic and collaborative leader, she is dedicated to shaping workplace ecosystems where individuals thrive, and collective objectives are realised. Jarka is an effective and empathetic communicator with a strong values and behaviour framework, inspiring vision and enthusiastically leading goal-focused teams with purpose and passion.
Next to her day job, Jarka is a sailing enthusiast. Passionate about equity and seeing individuals identify, embrace, and wholeheartedly live into their full potential, she is a sailing coach, member of the Australian Sailing She Sails committee set up to encourage and support female participation, and is part of the Caritas Australia Board, and a Victorian Homeless Fund Committee Member.

Anna Lyubomirsky
Executive Manager, Education and Training
An accomplished education executive with experience in education strategic development, leadership of practice and quality improvement. Anna has successfully delivered in unique and challenging roles across university and business sectors for over 20 years, leading key initiatives on academic governance, organisational and quality reviews, trainee enhancement strategies, academic program design, policy development and process reengineering. For the past 12 years Anna has worked in post-graduate education across medical specialist colleges focusing on enhancement of training and training experience, and program development.
Anna joined The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) in February 2019, and has shaped the Education department to support and manage the growth in training and assessment, develop strategies to respond to the COVID-19 impacts and workforce challenges. Engaging in comprehensive stakeholder relationships and consultation, Anna is leading major change management processes in relation to transformation of assessments and development of programmatic model of assessment, innovation in online learning, increased workplace-based clinical training, implementation of strategies in response to the AMC reaccreditation and multiple educational quality improvement and curriculum related projects to ensure the RANZCP Fellowship program is designed for and underpins ongoing learning and development to deliver excellence and equity in the provision of mental healthcare.

Dmitri Mirvis
Chief Information Officer
Dmitri is an internationally experienced Chief Information Officer with 20 years' experience leading IT functions to deliver value-add technology digital innovation, transformation, and growth within multi-nationals in Asia-Pacific, Australia-wide Hospital and Aged Care not-for-profit organisations, the Vic State Government and Financial Services industries.
During his early leadership career with Unisys, Standard Chartered Bank and the Noble Group, he built a global IT departments and set up world-wide infrastructure and application eco-systems to support rapid expansion and growth.
He returned home to Australia in 2012 with his family so that his children could be educated here. In the same year Dmitri joined Mercy Health, a large not-for-profit in the health services and aged care sectors. As CIO and a member of the executive team he has delivered a technology transformation programme that underpinned a more than 180% increase in annual revenue while containing IT headcount growth to 10%, and has laid down the platform for the future.
Since leaving Mercy Health, Dmitri acted on behalf of Boards and CEOs in provision of the CIO-like services at Victorian Work Injury Commission and was employed as an interim Chief Information Officer at Development Victoria.
Dmitri is known for delivering outcomes that serve customers, negotiating effective deals, and building strong motivated technology teams. He has a "sleeves-up" and involving leadership style; in other words, not just a technocrat but a business leader who helps deliver the most from technology.

Heng Soong
Chief Financial Officer
Heng joined the College in 2013 and was the Executive Manager Finance and Business Services prior to the current role as Chief Financial Officer. Heng has responsibility for overseeing the College financial services which includes statutory reporting, board reporting, financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, taxation, payroll, accounts payable and receivable functions, investments and fixed assets, financial management systems and Australian Government funded projects including the Specialist Training Program.
Heng is a Fellow member of CPA Australia and has a background in external auditing and financial management with experience in public, commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Experience extends to managing corporate support and administrative functions. Heng is also a Fellow member of the AICD with interest in risk management and corporate governance.

Nicola Wright
Executive Manager, Policy, Practice and Research
Nicola joined the College in 2019, and since 2022 has been the Executive Manager, Policy, Practice & Research. She has responsibility for developing and maintaining the College’s evidence based guidance and best practice resources in clinical and professional psychiatry practice across Australia and New Zealand. She leads and coordinates the provision of expert advice to government submissions to influence health policy improvements and system reforms on behalf of the College at Bi-National, State and Territory levels.
Nicola has a background in health care evidence and policy in the UK and Australia, and has a particular interest in equity of access. Working alongside clinicians, this has included cancer care, cardiovascular services and mental health care to develop best practice guidance. Whilst completing her training to become a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health, Nicola contributed to two Cochrane Reviews at the University of Warwick.
Nicola’s focus on equity has seen her deliver and implement mental health and wellbeing strategies along with action plans relating to the social determinants of health. Outside of work, Nicola is a spectator of many sports (including England Sport), and on a Saturday morning can always be found at a parkrun.
