Work locations
Our head office is located in Melbourne, Victoria, however we also have Branches around Australia or in our National New Zealand office. We have offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Wellington, NZ as well as hybrid working arrangements available for staff where their position permits this.
Monthly Rostered Day Off
The RANZCP is committed to your mental and physical wellbeing and provides opportunities to achieve a healthy work-life balance. We offer a monthly rostered day off work to all eligible employees (pro-rata for part-time). No additional hours in excess of our 37.5hr working week need to be worked to qualify for the monthly rostered day off.
Reduced work week
Work hours are 37.5 hours per week for full time employees. Normal business hours are between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, including a one-hour lunch break.
Paid parental leave
We support or developing families with 12 weeks College paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers following a qualifying 12-months employment with the College.
Extra-long service leave
The RANZCP offers 13 weeks’ long service leave following 10 years of service.
