Victorian Psychiatrist Leadership Framework Competencies
The framework includes a set of leadership competencies that define the skills and behaviours required to demonstrate strong and effective leadership.
The (14) competencies are detailed in the following pages, and include information about the competency, skills, behaviours and additional resources that you may wish to access to support your development in each of the competencies.

Not all of the content will resonate with everyone and it is not representative of the views of the RANZCP, simply a collation of publicly available information to support self-directed learning.
