College survey of New Zealand-based private psychiatrists

Are you an Aotearoa New Zealand-based psychiatrist who moved from working in a public mental health service to a private practice setting within the past five years?
If so, the College would love to learn about your reasons for leaving the public system, what you enjoy about private practice, and if there is anything that might entice you back to working in a public mental health service.
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete and de-identified feedback will be used by Tu Te Akaaka Roa for workforce-related advocacy.
The New Zealand National Committee is also working with the bi-national Section of Private Practice Psychiatry and further workforce projects will be shared in due course.
