Applications open for Certificate of Postgraduate Training in Clinical Psychiatry

The College is pleased to announce that applications for the RANZCP Certificate of Postgraduate Training in Clinical Psychiatry (Certificate) are now open.
The Certificate is an education initiative for medical practitioners (PGY5+) who want to enhance their skills in the provision of mental health care. The Certificate Policy and the Certificate Handbook provide a detailed outline of the requirements of the program, including eligibility criteria and entry requirements.
Fellows in Australia who would like to be involved in supervising and assessing participants completing the Certificate are encouraged to apply by the end of June for the September 2024 intake. Fellows can apply to receive an honorarium for eligible activities. Further information is available on the website and to apply, please complete the application form.
The RANZCP would like to thank the Australian Government, Department of Health and Aged Care (DoHAC) for funding the development of the program.
