Cancellation policy

College refund policy

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to ranzcp.sa@ranzcp.org before Friday 21 March 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitute delegates may be accepted. All applications for substitution must be made in writing to the conference office.

If you are feeling unwell or have cold or flu-like symptoms, or who may have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, do not attend.

Directions

Parking at the hotel entrance and exit is via St Johns Row.

Attention: The carpark has a maximum height restriction of 1.95 metres. Vehicles exceeding this limit will need to make alternative parking arrangements. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
