Core Process: ‘Hexaflex’ of Psychological flexibility and its six core processes.

Assessment: Assessing strengths and weaknesses in the hexaflex core processes.

Intervention: Techniques and strategies. Therapeutic interventions delivered in phase based ten therapy sessions. Starting with Self as context, moving through being Mindful and Acceptance, Cognitive Defusion, progressing through Values into Committed Action.
