Dr Philip Keightley is a perinatal and consultation-liaison psychiatrist, with a particular interest in psychotherapy. Since 2023 he has been working with a team of clinicians to establish a Mother-Infant Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (MI-DBT) program in the ACT, modelled on a well-established program from South Australia.
