Learning objectives

This session aims to provide an understanding of:

• New developments in the classification of personality disorder
• The roles of early intervention and individual psychotherapy in treatment of personality disorder
• Contemporary evidence regarding the nature and severity of psychotic symptoms in borderline personality disorder
