OnlineThe RANZCP Mentoring Program is hosting a dedicated 45-minute webinar for all participants taking part in this year’s program designed to help provide you with further tools, training and information to assist establish your mentoring partnership for success.
All attendees will accrue CPD points for attending, and we recommended that all new participants in the RANZCP Mentoring Program attend.
This 45-minute workshop format will feature:
- An introduction from RANZCP President Dr Elizabeth Moore who will share her reflections on the value of mentoring across a career in psychiatry.
- A facilitated interview with a previous mentor and mentee to hear their insights, experience, and advice on how they successfully established their mentoring partnership.
- Advice, and answers to common questions or scenarios we receive in the program, as well as live answers to your questions submitted.
- A guest speaker from the College Education and Training team, to share more about what supports and services are available through the College beyond the mentoring program, and how to access and refer to them.

CPD hours
The College is progressively automating the recording of attendance into MyCPD for College events such as webinars and Branch CPD events during 2024, including automatic tagging with the new CAPE domain labelling system.
In this webinar, attendance will be recorded ONLY for those who registered. This will allow our staff to upload your attendance to My CPD as a draft activity. Please be aware that instead of receiving a certificate of attendance, you'll need to log in to your My CPD account to complete a reflection and submit your draft activity.
